    Travel to meet with homeowners, listen to their needs, and offer home improvement solutions.
    Examine the existing home structure, take measurements, and develop a customized solution for each homeowner.
    Follow a design process to give each homeowner the ultimate design experience.
    Collaborate with production and customer-care teams for seamless handoff and delivery of product and services.
    Convert company-issued appointments into sales creating revenue, company growth, and customer delight.
    Represent our excellent Remodel Rx brand in a professional manner.

Contact Center Manager

Looking for a professional Call Center Manager with a Home Improvement Background

As Contact Center Manager, you will assist, train, monitor and analyze the performance of the CSR’s and Confirmers, in the department with professionalism, leadership and accountability. In addition, you will ensure all Contact Center policies and procedures are being followed as well as set the standard for the Contact Center on a daily basis. To meet these responsibilities, the Contact Center Manager must be an exceptional service provider, coach, trainer, mentor, motivator and leader.

Essential Functions:

- Manage Self and Team to Achieve Successful Outcomes (Excellent Time Management Skills)

- Master Company Marketing System, CRM and Phone System

- Maintain Company Standards as Well as Monitor Team Performance to Include

Adherence to Contact Center Performance and Behavioral Expectations

- Accomplish Contact Center Management Objectives by Recruiting, Selecting, Orienting, Training, Assigning, Coaching, Counseling, and Disciplining Employees

- Administer Staffing, Scheduling and Attendance Systems

- Communicate Job Expectations

- Plan, Monitor, Appraise, and Review Job Contributions

- Plan and Review Compensation Actions

- Enforce Departmental Policies and Procedures

- Contribute to Contact Center Operational Strategies by Conducting Needs Assessments Performance Reviews, Capacity Planning, and Cost/Benefit Analyses

- Identify and Evaluate Productivity, Quality, and Customer-Service Standards; Contributing Information and Analysis to Organizational Strategic Plans and Reviews

- Manage Leads to be Issued to Sales Management in Accordance With Daily Dispatch Requirements

- Report Daily Haves and Needs to Management to Asses Daily Sales Projections

- Review Statistical Reports Regularly to Determine Month-to-Date (MTD) and Year-to-Date (YTD) Status for the Contact Center to Include Production goals, Lead Conversion, Confirmation Rate, Issue Rate, Demo Rate, Gap Analysis and Departmental Cost

- Review MTD/YTD Sales Projections on a Daily Basis to Determine the Quantity of Leads Required to Achieve Sales Projections

- Manage Quality Control Procedures to Ensure Proper Call Handling in Order to Optimize the Client Experience

- Create and Promote Motivational Incentive / Reward Programs as Well as Implement Them Within the Contact Center

- Successfully Take Incoming Calls According to Company Policy

- Successfully Make Outbound Calls According to Company Policy

- Successfully Confirm Existing Appointments

- Perform Other Job-Related Duties as Assigned to Meet Business Needs.

We Need:

- At least 2 years as a Customer Service / Sales Manager or Lead Trainer in the Home Improvement Industry, Outbound Sales Experience Highly Desired.

- Demonstrated Sales Leader in Outbound Call Center Environment. Proven Track Record of Educating, Motivating and Developing a Customer Service / Sales Staff on the Basic Fundamentals (script usage, objection resolution and closing techniques) of Scheduling Appointments Over the Phone

- Project Management Experience – Developing Business Requirements, Managing Timelines, Trials and Implementation

- Working Knowledge of Contact Center Technology, Applications, KPIs and Processes

- Strong Work Ethic – Leading Teams by Example (minimal days missed, weekend hours).

- Second Shift and Weekend Hours as Necessary

- Ability to Work in a Self-Directed, Fast-Paced Entrepreneurial Environment.

- Influential Communicator Who Can Garner Support at All Management Levels

- Analytic and Strategic Thinking a Must.

- Highly Organized, Motivated and Detail Oriented.

- Flexible and Able to Work in a Dynamic Environment with Frequently Changing / Competing Priorities

- Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
